TicketGlide guides help you decide which tours, tickets and activities are worth booking. This page explains who writes them, how we check what we publish and how we are paid.

The TicketGlide Editorial Team

Our guides are written and reviewed by the TicketGlide Editorial Team. TicketGlide is operated by Mubboo LLC, and our team develops travel discovery products (about us). We have team members based in Sydney, and our team has travelled to more than 30 destinations across Australia and New Zealand, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas and the Pacific, including Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul, London, Paris, Rome, Zurich, New York, Dubai, Melbourne and Queenstown. Our guides are built on official sources and booking data, checked and dated on each page; where a tip comes from our own visit, we say so.

Karen Young, co-founder

Karen Young is a co-founder of TicketGlide. She films and appears in original travel videos from her visits with our team. Our Sydney Opera House film documents our outdoor visit on 11 October 2026, including the waterfront, forecourt, steps and harbour life. We identify the date and scope of that first-hand experience alongside the official sources used for tour prices and access information.

Our Sydney in 3 Days film also draws mainly on Karen’s and the team’s own recordings. Licensed supplementary images illustrate additional places and are credited separately; their inclusion does not imply a personal test of every tour. Both films have dedicated watch pages in English, French and Spanish.

How we research

For each attraction we start with the operator’s official website and other primary sources, such as transport authorities. We record the sources on the page and the date we checked them. Prices, opening times and rules change, so every guide shows when its facts were last checked, and you should confirm details when you book.

We compare the products bookable through our booking partner, including who supplies them, what they include and their prices on the date shown. Where a product costs more or less than booking directly with the operator, we say so.

Our visit photos and videos

Photos credited to the TicketGlide team come from our own visits. Our visit records bring together original photos, dates, named contributors and observations from our travels. These first-hand materials complement the official sources and booking data used in our guides. Booking-product images and other provider images come from their respective sources.

How we use AI tools

We use AI tools to help with research, drafting and translation. Every guide is checked by an editor against its listed sources before it is published for search engines, and pages are not published until that review is complete.

Ratings and reviews

Star ratings and traveller reviews shown on TicketGlide come from travellers on our booking partner’s platform and on Tripadvisor, and are labelled with their source. We show all ratings, not a selection of the best. We do not write, edit or pay for reviews.

Some guides include an AI summary of what recent reviewers said about a tour. We generate it from a recent sample that includes every star rating, report what reviewers praised and what they complained about in proportion, and label it with the sample size, the date and the source.

How we make money

When you book through a link on TicketGlide, we may earn a commission from our booking partner at no extra cost to you. Commissions do not decide what we recommend: we include free options and say when a product is not worth the money. See our affiliate disclosure.

Corrections

If you spot something out of date or wrong, email support@ticketglide.com. We review every report and update the page and its checked date when we correct it.
